Stud Service

We are very fortunate to have several outstanding stud dogs.  All our stud dogs go back on the great Quibbletown Great Pyrenees, the most important stud dogs and brood bitches in the history of the breed in North America.

Here at Aneto all good things come from or through Quibbletown.  All our premier stud dogs are either sons or grandsons of our dear departed AKC Champion Quibbletown Double Time AKA Bobby.  Bobby was the last great Quibbletown stud dog.  He had OFA Good hips.  Bobby was inducted in the Great Pyrenees Club of America Hall of Fame as a top producing stud dog. 

Our premier stud dog, AKC Champion Aneto Etienne is still standing at stud although not as vigorous as when he was young.  It is likely that an artificial insemination would be required when Etienne is used.  Eitienne has OFA Good hips.  Etienne is Bobby's son.  Etienne was inducted into the Great Pyrenees Club of America Hall of Fame as a top producing stud dog in May, 2004.

Charlie AKA AKC Champion Ciel Edith's Legacy d'Aneto is the prototype of the great Quibbletown style Stud dogs.  In limited breeding Charlie has produced outstanding pups.  Charlie has OFA Fair hips.  Charley is a Bobby son.

AKC Champion Ciel Don Diego d'Aneto is co-owned with my good friend CL Hickerson in North Carolina.  Diego is stood at stud at Nicole Sharpe's kennel, Pyrtection,  near Albany, New York.  Diego is produced outstanding puppies now being seen all over the Northeast.  Diego has OFA Excellent Hips.  Nicole bred for 20 plus years under the kennel name Pyrfection and was breeder of all the prior great Pyrfection dogs and bitches. Diego is a Bobby son.   Diego is back home with his owner, CL Hickerson in North Carolina.

AKC Champion Aneto Sultan AKA Sully.   Sully is a son of Etienne which makes him a AKC Champion Quibbletown Double Time AKA Bobby,  grandson.

Richie AKA Aneto S'Patou Richard is a young dog not yet proven.   Richie is a blend of the top contemporary French breeding lines and his Dam is Charlie's litter sister, Catherine AKA AKC Champion Ciel Catherine of Aneto.  Catherine has OFA Excellent hips. Catherine is a daughter of Bobby.  Richie's Grandfather, International Champion Noustamic du Neouvielle just won the French national Specialty Show in 2003 and was World Champion in 2002 in Portugal.  His great grandfather, French Champion Estom du Comte de Foix (Noustamic's Sire) won the French National Specialty show more times than any other dog.  Estom's sire, French Champion Uchan de Montbernes also won the French Specialty and Uchan's sire, French Champion Nettou du Comte de Foix also won the French National Specialty.  All are now legendary French Stud dogs.  Generations after generations of top French and American stud dogs and brood bitches behind Richie.  Richie has OFA Good hips, CERF eyes, and OFA passed Knees and is CHIC Certified..
